At Arbequina Olive Tree, we strive to deliver your trees and products in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if available.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Within the U.S.: 3–7 business days
- International orders (if applicable): 10–21 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- Live olive trees can only be shipped to locations where importation of live plants is permitted.
- We currently do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
- For international customers, please check your local regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for customs delays or refusals.
4. Packaging & Handling
Each olive tree is carefully packed to ensure safe transport.
We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible and take extra care to protect roots and branches during transit.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the damage, and packaging.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. International Shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Arbequina Olive Tree is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
