At Arbequina Olive Tree, we take pride in providing healthy olive trees and high-quality products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Live Plants (Olive Trees)
Because olive trees are living plants, we do not accept returns once they’ve been shipped.
However, if your tree arrives damaged, unhealthy, or dead, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the tree and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
2. Non-Plant Products
For non-living items (e.g., pots, tools, soil mixes):
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet shipped.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

🌳 Tree Guarantee Policy
We want your Arbequina Olive Tree to thrive!
All our olive trees come with a 30-day Healthy Arrival Guarantee:
- If your tree arrives damaged or fails to survive within 30 days of delivery despite proper care, we’ll replace it once free of charge.
- Proof of proper care (photos of planting, watering, and environment) may be required.
🌱 Exclusions:
We cannot guarantee trees that die due to:
- Extreme weather (frost, drought, heat)
- Improper planting or over/under-watering
- Pest infestations after delivery
- Neglect or unreported damage
